The Academic Publication Council Specialties

Article III of the Academic Publication Council system states the council must follow specifications and regulations entrusted by the University of Kuwait such as:

1. Develop policies and the rules for all research published by the academic journals on the behalf of the University of Kuwait, and oversee all implementation.
2. Placement of a financial and administrative system for all academic journals governed by the University of Kuwait administration.
3. Appointment of the necessary regulation to organize the product of all the academic journals published by the Academic Publication Council and the Authorship, Translation & Publication Committee.
4. Develop policies for printing, distribution, exchange, and complimentary editions published by the Academic Publication Council and the Authorship, Translation & Publication Committee.
5. Proposal of an annual budget, and approval of ending balance of the Academic Publication Council and Authorship, Translation & Publication Committee.
6. Nomination of the editorial board members for the Academic Publication Council and Authorship, Translation & Publication Committee.
7. Discussion of annual reports, and taking the appropriate decisions concerning the Academic Publication Council and Authorship, Translation & Publication Committee. Also include a review of all work conducted and published by the Academic Publication Council and Authorship, Translation & Publication Committee.
8. Consider all other topics proposed by the president of the University of Kuwait, or by the chairman of the Academic Publication Council.
